For a whole day
the participants live out a story rich in historical riddles, Provençal
flavours and an atmosphere of adventurous piracy!
The ball is set rolling in old Antibes. The participants have to find
their pilot, negotiate a price with him and then take to the sea on board
their respective boats, in the direction of the Lérins Islands. After
many riddles, on land and on sea, these "coastal brothers" will get together
on a beach and celebrate with buccaneers' punch.
REGATTA & TREASURE HUNT - June - capacity 40 pax
First, a meeting in Cannes to receive your briefing and your equipment, and then you board your small catamaran in groups of two or three. After quickly becoming acquainted with the craft, take part in a regatta to St Marguerite Island. There is a barbecue by the water, followed by a "historical" treasure hunt around the island.
ORIGINAL ZEN - June - capacity 35 pax
A day of regenerative activity, starting
with a TAI CHI session given by a Zen master, followed
by a high-energy breakfast.
The day continues with a trip to Port Nice, aboard high-powered semi-rigid
boats.
COURSE IN FREE DIVING: free diving, variable weight shallow
diving, variable weight deep diving - a light meal aboard the boats -
the instructors are all qualified, needless to say, and in addition, they're
real stars at their job! Just to name one of them: Loïc Leferme
is the "no limit" world record holder, with 162 metres off the
coast of Nice!
Then back to the port and on to a restored 18th century Provençal estate.
PLASTIC ARTS: Participants can work in the expressive
medium of their choice. Painting and sculpture workshops are at their
disposal. Participants can explore and develop their own creativity.
RELAXATION: Back to the hotel, where a relaxing massage session
and an oxygen cocktail at the "oxygen bar" (essential oils cocktails)
will round out this day of wellness...
ROYAL REGATTAS ON BOARD AN ANTIQUE SAILING VESSEL -

Following the royal regattas on board an antique sailing vessel is the best way to explore and learn about the way these mythical craft race. Lunch on board, among the Lérins Islands, cocktails over a game of petanque, and dinner on St Marguerite Island.
DINNER BENEATH THE STARS- August - capacity 70 pax
Cocktails at sundown, with a magnificent view over the bay of Nice.
Dinner at dusk on the terrace of the observatory.
A lecture by a professional astronomer, with open air image projector.
Then, guided by the astronomers, each person may make astronomical explorations, use the binoculars and telescopes, enjoy the planetarium shows and receive satellite images.
